3 Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation via SMS or email. Until then, we may not have accepted your order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. For COD orders, full payment is due at the time of delivery.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious. We may require additional verification before processing certain orders.

4 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across Pakistan through our trusted delivery partners. The following shipping terms apply to all orders:

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to every order across Pakistan.
  • Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

  • Return Window: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened products cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue. Promotional or discounted items may have different return conditions.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: For returns due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or damaged products, we will cover return shipping.
